33RD PAMESA National Tournament LALIGA FC FUTURES
LALIGA and the José Ramón de la Morena Foundation are once again joining forces to host a unique event at Villarreal CF’s Ciudad Deportiva Pamesa: the youth teams of the 20 LALIGA EA SPORTS clubs will compete to find the best under-12 side in the country at the 33rd Pamesa LALIGA FC FUTURES National Tournament.
A tournament that is much more than just football. It is the cradle of LALIGA’s and Europe’s future stars. Young talents and legends such as Lamine Yamal, Fernando Torres, Andrés Iniesta, Sergio Canales, Dani Carvajal and Pau Cubarsí played in this tournament in their day and, years later, have gone on to make a huge impact. All of them left their mark on this competition before shining at the highest level.
There will be 56 matches packed with excitement, talent and fair play, which will transform the Ciudad Deportiva Pamesa into the epicentre of national youth football for three days. It will all culminate in the grand final on Sunday 7 June, at a venue that has already hosted several previous editions of the tournament and is once again pulling out all the stops for this event.
RCD Espanyol de Barcelona go into the tournament as defending champions after winning last year’s edition at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
Who will lift the trophy this time?
