During the event, the Technical Director of LALIGA Academy Dubai, Javier Hernández Hervás, explained LALIGA's role in tackling the issue both on and off the pitch. The event also featured educational videos, including a special message from Álex, LALIGA’s virtual influencer, who sent a greeting to the children at the academy and shared his personal commitment to the campaign.

The Technical Director also led a series of training exercises designed to show how teamwork and unity can empower children to stand up to bullying more effectively.

The academy players also completed sticker albums from partner, Panini, to promote the concept of working together as a team.

"LALIGA VS Bullying is a call to the core values of football: the spirit of team sport and unity, both on and off the pitch. Choosing the Dubai academy to launch the campaign is yet another sign of the importance of the MENA region and its fans to LALIGA," emphasized Maite Ventura, Managing Director of LALIGA in the Middle East and North Africa.

"LALIGA's work to combat bullying through football is very important, and we’re proud to support it here in Dubai. Our academy brings together children from all over the world, from different cultures, backgrounds, and stories. Teaching them to respect and stand up for one another is not just the essence of sport—it’s the essence of life. This campaign shows that the true strength of football lies in teamwork: supporting each other, celebrating differences, and making sure no one feels left out. This is how we help children become leaders, both on the field and in the world,” said Javier Hernández, Technical Director of LALIGA Academy Dubai.

Since its launch at the start of this season, LALIGA continues to promote the LALIGA VS BULLYING campaign, placing an emphasis on the fundamental values of football, such as teamwork, unity and solidarity. The campaign encourages children not to remain passive when faced with bullying, but to stand together in the face of the problem. The campaign is supported by the slogan ‘A team leaves no one alone’, which suggests that, through solidarity, children can discover how the spirit of football can inspire social change.
