The Clásico will be watched live in over 100 countries

Real Madrid – FC Barcelona on 25 October will be given extraordinary television coverage by Mediapro so that football fans do not have miss a single detail of the match.

This Saturday, 25 October, at 18:00, millions of viewers around the world will fix their gazes on the Santiago Bernabéu to watch the passionate Liga BBVA clash between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona. As always, the Clásico will receive Mediapro's best coverage and a vast array of technology.

In order to ensure the best coverage possible, both nationally and internationally, 300 professionals, nine mobile units and 27 cameras will be operational in the Santiago Bernabéu. Among them there will be four Grass Valley Super Slow Motion cameras, which will provide the most spectacular replays from the match, two on the goal-line to see if the ball enters the goal and one High Speed camera with a 2K Dyno Replay System server for Ultrafast actions. 

In addition, two cameras in the 4k system will cover the whole pitch in one frame through stitching and capture the specific details of the match in high resolution using a 'Super Zoom', offering the viewer an augmented reality experience. The Mediapro equipment will have an EVS replay system complete with XT3 servers in order to provide state-of-the-art functionality, together with the EVS MultiReview tool for making quick replay decisions on the fly.

The match will have a potential audience of 400 million viewers and can be followed live in more than 100 countries. Fox Sports Italia, beIN Sports Arabia, beIN Sports Francia, beIN Sports USA, Canal Suecia, Canal Noruega, Canal Africa and ESPN Sur are just some of the channels who will be bringing the pictures live to their viewers.  The interest aroused by the match has increased, particularly in areas such as the Middle East and Asia. Especially noteworthy are countries such as Israel, where the match can be followed on the Sport 5 channel; Indonesia, on SCTV; Thailand, where it will be broadcast on RS Channel; Macao, on the TDM channel; and Vietnam, on VTV Channel.
