Paco Herrera sacked as manager of Las Palmas

Paco Herrera is no longer UD Las Palmas manager. This Monday, the Club from the Canaries announced the decision to dismiss the Catalan coach, who took over the team last season and won promotion to Liga BBVA.

Herrera, 61, says goodbye to "Grancanario" team after signing a balance of one win, two draws and five defeats in the first eight matchdays of this course. In the statement, Las Palmas wanted to thank the coach from Barcelona for "his dedication, professionalism, commitment, loyalty and warmth from the first day he took the team management."
