Social activities

By means of an innovative education project and using new technologies, we promote and foster sport’s positive values, such as respect, tolerance, sportsmanship, fair play and, above all, non-violence in sport, so boys, girls and adolescents in schools throughout Spain become respectful fans in the future.

VALUES TO WIN

Using our own methodology, we promote positive values in young people that encourage coexistence, respect, solidarity and teamwork, using football as an educational tool for their development. Our methodology has been recognised by Spain’s Youth Institute (INJUVE).

FAIR PLAY SOCIAL

We are developing a common strategy in the field of SR and sustainability in the football industry which meets the expectations of our stakeholders: training, monitoring, advising and sizing their SR and sustainability strategies.

LALIGA GENUINE SANTANDER

We have organised the first official football league in the world for people with intellectual disabilities, with 36 teams taking part and the objective of normalising the practice of sport by this group and fostering a firm commitment from professional football with this integrating initiative. At the same time we encourage their training and employment to break down all the barriers they face in their everyday lives.

VOLUNTEERING PROGRAMME

Together with the Spanish Volunteering Platform (PVE in Spanish), we are developing a programme with the goal of raising the social awareness of young people through playing football, encouraging sports volunteering among LaLiga clubs and foundations. Alongside that, together with the LaLiga HR Area, we promote corporate volunteering initiatives for employees of the organisation.

With different NGOs and non-profit organizations in joint social projects and awareness and collection campaigns in humanitarian emergency situations.
