Contracts

LALIGA Group is a private company engaged in trade and supported financially by the exercise of its activity. This activity, like that of its counterparties, is subject to industrial and commercial secrecy and is covered by the Trade Secrets Act 1/2019 of 20 February. Therefore, its relations with third parties, as they fall within the private sphere, are duly protected by the applicable regulations and are therefore subject to the duty of confidentiality.

Sponsors/Licensees/Agencies/Clients:

Notwithstanding the above and the confidential nature that underlies all of LALIGA's business relationships with its clients, these must undergo a complete authorisation process that takes into account social, environmental and developmental aspects in addition to the examination of corporate, economic and reputational aspects. Among other things, this encourages the awarding of contracts to socially responsible companies that are committed to protecting the environment and human rights, emphasising the following points, among others:

1 For amounts received from public broadcasters corresponding to the sublicensing of audiovisual rights for Liga LEB Oro, ASOBAL, and National Futsal League matches.

2 For training-related collaboration.

Suppliers:

LALIGA Group has a Procurement Policy approved by the Board of Directors, which defines and regulates the processes for awarding contracts to suppliers in order to adapt them to the principles of objectivity, transparency and free competition and, in conjunction with the objective of budgetary stability, to ensure efficient utilisation of the company's resources. As part of the company's functional autonomy, LALIGA Group's suppliers must undergo a complete approval process, which takes into account social, environmental and development aspects in addition to the assessment of corporate, economic and reputational aspects, in order to promote, among other things, the awarding of contracts to socially responsible companies that are committed to the environment and human rights.

LALIGA Group's relations with its suppliers are governed by private law and are adequately covered by the applicable regulations and subject to confidentiality obligations. However, some of its suppliers are listed below, among others:

1 As fees for the provision of services.

2 As payment of the annual membership fee.
