R.Zaragoza boss Victor Muñoz, in his second spell in charge of the club, will be hoping for
promotion to Liga BBVA. This weekend, LFP.es goes to La Romareda to experience their tie with Real Betis, in which the side from Aragon have the chance to go into the play-off places. Here is the line-by-line analysis.

Óscar Whalley (Goalkeeper)
Games played: 12. 20-years-old.
The local lad was born in Zaragoza to a British father and Mexican mother, and has made the number one spot his own this season after playing twice towards the end of last campaign. Recently called up to the Spain U-21 side, Whalley stands out for his great reflexes. He is the side's first home grown goalkeeper since César Láinez.

Carlos Diogo (Right back)
Games played: 6. Second spell with the club
With 113 games under his belt between Liga BBVA and Liga Adelante with Zaragoza, the
Uruguayan is the top appearance holder in the current squad. With José Fernández's absence, Diogo brings experience to the back line. He played for Zaragoza between 2006-07 and 2010- 11 and returned this summer.

Rubén González (Centre back)
Games played: 9. Goals: 1.
Another experienced defender in Víctor Muñoz's back line. The Galician has managed to seal a spot in XI, and partners Mario Abrante, with who he played alongside in Azerbaijan. He scored his first goal for the side in the last match at La Romareda.

Mario Abrante (Centre back)
Games played: 9. He has played for six LFP sides.
After recovering from injury, the man from Tenerife will once again take charge of the Aragon side's defence. With him on the pitch, Zaragoza have lost only one game. Mario has gone seven games without defeat in the side's colours.

Leandro Cabrera (Left back)
Games played: 10. Fifth successive season in Liga Adelante.
The young Uruguayan was signed last winter and is the first choice ahead of Diego Rico on
the left. Also able to play in the centre, Cabrera has a dangerous long throw, which has been likened to corners.

Jaime Romero (Right wing)
Games played: 7 (3 starts). Goals: 3.
Having only played once in the first six matchdays, the left-footer has got in the goals. Three strikes for Zaragoza, two of which were in La Romareda. He has started the last two games and is able to play on either side. Captain Javi Álamo can also play here, or they both can if Eldin is dropped to the bench and Jaime moved to the left.

Iñigo Ruiz de Galarreta (Central midfielder)
Games played: 11. On loan from Athletic Club.
The brains of the side. Everything goes through him. After spending an injury-hit season with CD Mirandés, 21-year-old Galarreta is key to Víctor Muñoz's side; he oozes class.

Albert Dorca (Central midfielder)
With an XI with two wingers and two forwards, the Catalan is Víctor Muñoz's rock in the middle of the park.

Eldin Hadžić (Left winger)
Games played: 10. Goals: 2.
Perhaps the most classy Zaragoza player, in addition to his two goals, the Bosnian, who is also a Spanish citizen, has turned a lot of heads with his passes and assists. His diagonals do a lot of damage, and has a lethal right foot.

Willian José (Forward)
Games played: 10. Goals: 1.
Despite only having scored once this season, the Brazilian's work is more than just scoring. He helps Borja Bastón by coming short to collect the ball. He offers a multitude of alternatives for Víctor Muñoz up top. After playing for Castilla, he is looking for promotion from Liga Adelante.

Borja Bastón (Forward)
Games played: 11. Goals: 9.
One goal off Rubén Castro, and level with Sergio Araujo, the Madrid-born forward is one of Liga Adelante's top marksmen. Bastón’s nine goals have come in his last nine games. With little over a third of the season gone, Zaragoza's number nine is only three off top scorer Roger Martí's total of 12 from last season.
