Valverde is chosen Coach of the Month for February

Ernesto Valverde has been chosen LALIGA EA SPORTS Coach of the Month for the month of February, which is awarded by LALIGA and Microsoft. Athletic Club currently sit fifth with 49 points, earning points in three of their four games played.

The Basque team won two games this season, with a euphoric 4-0 win against RCD Mallorca, and a fought-out 3-2 victory against Girona. 

Valverde wins his second LALIGA EA SPORTS Coach of the Month over Xavi Hernández (FC Barcelona) and Quique Sánchez Flores (Sevilla FC).
