SD Eibar 2-0 Athletic Club
SD Eibar continues firm in the first places of the table after winning 2-0 to Athletic Club at Ipurua. Saul Berjón, from the penalty spot, and Adrian Gonzalez achieved the goals from the "eibarrés" side against an Athletic who accused fatigue of recent weeks and hardly created danger.
Sevilla FC 0-3 Atletico Madrid
Atletico Madrid struck at the Sanchez Pizjuan with a worked win in which Simeone´s men took advantage of their attacks to punish a Sevilla without success in front of goal. Atletico went ahead through Koke in the first half and certified victory in the second half with goals from Gabi and Jackson Martinez.
Getafe 1-2 Granada CF
First victory of the season for the Andalusian team, who thanks to a penalty and an unfortunate action of the "madrileños" got the win at Getafe. Locals shortened distances by Lafita but could not find the road to the comeback and are left with no points on the table.
Valencia CF 1-1 RC Deportivo
Deportivo knew how to diminish the offensive power of Valencia and took great reward of Víctor Sánchez del Amo´s approach to the game. The team from Galicia dominated the match and scored the first goal with a superb shot from Lucas Pérez. Negredo came to the rescue of their own and equalized before the break. In the second half, Valencia had more thrust but could not achieve the goal of victory.
Las Palmas 0 – 0 Levante
Balanced clash at the Gran Canaria Stadium. The different styles of play surfaced on the pitch and the offensive and of touch game of Las Palmas was constantly slammed against the good defensive organization of Levante. Both joined the first point of the season.
