The LaLiga Santander Experience fairy tale continues. This time round, the stars were eight subscribers to LaLiga's official broadcaster in Argentina, Chile and Colombia (ESPN), on the one hand, and the Caribbean (SportsMax), on the other. A Trinidadian TV reporter completed the travelling party.

The adventure kicked off with a behind-the-scenes tour of the majestic Mestalla, during which the special guests got to check out the Valencia CF dressing room and the mixed zone, set foot on the hallowed turf and even take a seat in the home dugout. The proceedings had only just begun and they had already crossed several items off their bucket list, but the best was yet to come.

After getting to know this historic footballingcathedral, the next step was to explore the city of Valencia. Led by a guide, the visitors took in some of the top sights and most charming nooks and crannies, as well as discovering the local customs and cuisine.

Delicious as it was, not even the paella was the highlight, as our guests had an even more mouth-watering proposition in store: Valencia v Real Madrid. Before the match, they had the privilege of watching the warm-up just metres from their idols, where they gained an insight into Dani Parejo's pre-game routine and witnessed home keeper Neto being put through his paces to gear up for facing the firepower of Cristiano Ronaldo and co.

After the game, the reporter in the group was welcomed into the fold by the Spanish media, getting to see them do their duties first-hand. Luka Modric, Nacho and Carlos Soler were among the players who stopped to talk to journalists in the Mestalla mixed zone and the Trinidadian broadcaster and influencer Hans Des Vignes had the chance to interview Soler, one of Valencia's rising stars.

All in all, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that the participants won't forget any time soon.

Next up, the LaLiga Santander Experience is off to the Spanish capital for Atletico Madrid v Valencia. Follow all the action and remember, it could be you one day!
