Team News:

CD Leganes: Unai Bustinza (injured).

Valencia CF: Ezequiel Garay, Mathew Ryan, Santi Mina and Fede Cartabia (all injured).

Match Facts:

Leganes (11th, 7 pts):

- After the opening five rounds of fixtures, the LaLiga Santander new boys have two wins to their name, both of which have come on the road, in their curtain-raiser against RC Celta and last matchday at RC Deportivo. Asier Garitano's charges have however fared less well on their own patch, where they've managed to pick up just one point so far this term. The Madrid outfit will be keen to give their fans something to shout about by taking maximum points against Valencia.

(Translation: We hope this will be one of the advantages of playing in the morning.)

- Speaking in the build-up to this fixture, Garitano insisted that, "We'll need to put in a great performance to beat a strong Valencia side." The hosts certainly won't be short on confidence following on from their midweek win at Riazor.

Valencia (18th, 3 pts):

- Valencia had failed to put any points on the board prior to Thursday's home clash against D.Alaves, which saw the Mestalla outfit secure their first win of the season, with Dani Parejo's 88th-minute spot-kick sealing a 2-1 triumph.

- After what has been a challenging start to the campaign, Valencia are now beginning to see some light at the end of the tunnel. It would certainly appear as if Voro Gonzalez's appointment has given the squad a much-needed boost and Los Che will be intent on proving that victory over Alaves wasn't a false dawn.
