The penultimate day of the competition in the Metropolitano stadium decided the two finalists of the tournament in Colombia. FC Barcelona and Sevilla FC will face each other again in a repeat performance of the national final which was won by the side from Seville last 21st of June.
FC Barcelona booked their place in the final first beating Villarreal CF in the quarter finals 1-0, and then defeating Club Atlético de Madrid in the semi-finals 6-0.
Seville reached their second consecutive final with a comfortable victory, 7-0, against the Todo Bien por Killa team. The semi-final against Madrid was a more exciting affair and could only be resolved with penalties after a 2-2 draw at the end of regulation time.
