The timeframe for those who are out of work to pick up tickets for the 'Champions for Life', in conjunction with the Fundación del Fútbol Profesional and UNICEF, has been extended until right before kick off (19:00). The extra 5000 tickets can be collected from the Santiago Bernabéu box office.
With this initiative, 'Champions for Life' is trying to ease things for those people who would like to attend the game but for their financial situation cannot. The game that will see some of the best players from the Liga BBVA and the Liga Adelante fighting it out on the 30th of December to save thousands of lives.
The procedure for unemployed people to pick up tickets is very simple: all you need to do is present your stamped employment request card at the Santiago Bernabéu box office to receive two tickets free of cost. As well as that, people who are interested, and meet the requirements, can acquire additional tickets, near their own seats, for the modest price of €5 per seat. This initiative will run until tickets are sold out.
