After Real Madrid and Sevilla FC's wins on Tuesday, two more LaLiga teams enter the fray on Wednesday. Spanish sides have notched eight victories and two draws in the group stage so far and it is now up to Atletico Madrid and FC Barcelona to continue the run of form.

FC Barcelona are involved in one of the most eagerly-awaited games of the group stages as they welcome Pep Guardiola's Manchester City to the Camp Nou. The City boss returns to the stadium where he had successful stints as both player and coach for a game in which the two teams are playing for top spot in Group C. The LaLiga side are top of their group with six points, two ahead of City, and a win for Luis Enrique's men would all but guarantee their place in the last sixteen for another year. With Lionel Messi back from injury, full-backs Jordi Alba and Sergi Roberto could still be fit in time to feature in this crucial fixture.

Atletico Madrid face a tough away trip to Russian side FC Rostov. Following wins over PSV Eindhoven and Bayern Munich in their first two fixtures, Diego Simeone's team are top of Group D on six points going into the match and a win in Russia would be a huge step towards qualifying for the knockout stages. Simeone welcomes back Saul Ñíguez, who sat out the game against Granada through injury, whilst Jose Maria Gimenez, Miguel Angel Moya, Augusto Fernandez and Alessio Cerci remain sidelined and did not make the trip to Russia.
