It's very difficult to explain. I'd like to thank the people, everyone who has given their all, who has paid to come here, all this is for them. We've had a lot of hard times throughout the season, we've had a lot of players out and we had to fight for them. We were in a very difficult position in the match, but just when it seemed like everything was going to go wrong, we showed character and heart, and we delivered. The game was stacked against us, but this team have spirit and heart. What's important is that we've won, we're having a fantastic season and we've still got another final to come. We knew that there weren't many Sevilla fans here, but each and every one of them is worth three or four. My message to the supporters is to enjoy it. We know that, even though only four or five thousand were able to make it over here, back in Seville the whole city was spurring us on.

Today's a very special day. We're champions again and it's normal to feel overjoyed. Reaching a final like this every year is not something you can take for granted. Luckily and through hard work, we've done it three times and we've won all three, and this is the happiest day of my life. We knew that we needed to come out stronger after the break, because it was a close game. This team outdo themselves day after day and we've demonstrated that again today.

This is not a team, it's a great team. We've demonstrated that we had to win this for our teammates who couldn't be here. At half-time I reminded them about how we got here. We had to win it and the team reacted fantastically. The team went in search of the opposition's goal with real intensity. The Europa League has given all Sevilla fans so much. Success comes from what you do along the way, and with every step there's an objective.
