The Catalan outfit host the Basques without Douglas and Luis Suárez and Martín Montoya, Ivan Rakitić, Sergio Busquets, Thomas Vermaelen and Jordi Masip, while the visitors will have to make do with the absences of Manu del Moral, Ángel Rodríguez, Mikel Arruabarrena, Jon Irazusta and Txema Añibarro.

Despite the fact the visitors are in their maiden Liga BBVA campaign, Luis Enrique is taking no chances. “The Camp Nou makes you feel small, but, having seen their position and their manager and players, I don't think they will be scared”, he said. Gaizka Garitano also touched on this in his pre-match press conference: "To be up there with big sides in big cities is a privilege, but we aren’t going to Barcelona to simply take photos. We have to make the most of out opportunity".
