No football has been played in LaLiga Santander over the last couple of weeks, but that does not mean there hasn't been any movement in the LaLiga Fantasy MARCA market. Certain players' stock has soared after their start to the season, chief among them UD Las Palmas's Nabil El Zhar. The attacking midfielder, who earned the Player of the Matchday accolade with his 24-point showing on Matchday 2, will now set you back nearly €3.5 million more than before.
Similarly, El Zhar's teammate Kevin-Prince Boateng, who was Las Palmas's marquee signing of the summer, has seen his price tag skyrocket by €1.4m. Meanwhile, RCD Espanyol forward Gerard Moreno's early goal glut – including a brace against Malaga CF last time out – has put him on the third step of the podium, his value having shot up by €1.2m.
Considering they are the only LaLiga Santander side yet to concede this term, it is no surprise that four members of promoted CD Leganes's defensive set-up find themselves on this list of the top 10 risers. Full-back turned centre-back Unai Bustinza's value has gone up by €870,000, while marauding right-back Victor Diaz is now €440,000 more expensive than before – an increase outstripping the ones posted by goalkeeper Jon Ander Serantes by just €20,000 and centre-half Martin Mantovani by only €60,000.
Pedro Leon (SD Eibar), whose price tag has climbed to the tune of €0.5 million; Munir (Valencia CF), who is now worth €450,000 more; and R. Sporting's Victor Rodriguez, whose cost has appreciated by €390,000, round off the roll call of players whose value has risen the most during the international break.
