Team News:

- R. Sporting: Jean-SylvainBabin, Victor Rodriguez, Xavi Torres (all injured).

- Sevilla FC: Benoit Tremoulinas, Michael Krohn-Dehli and Carlos Fernandez (all injured).  Match Facts:

Sporting (18th, 8 pts)

- The Gijon outfit brought their five-game losing streak to an end last time out by claiming a point against Granada CF at Los Carmenes.

- Abelardo Fernandez's troops will be looking to Duje Cop to fire them to victory here. With three goals and an assist to his name this term, the Croat tops the LaLiga Santander rankings for the player to have made the biggest contribution to his side's goals return, after having had a hand in 57% of Sporting's goals this campaign.

Sevilla (2nd, 20 pts)

- The Sevillians head into this one fully intent on taking top spot, at least momentarily. The Andalusians are in fine spirits following on from last weekend's triumph over Atletico Madrid, which saw them claim their third win on the bounce.

- Should Sevilla prevail in Gijon it would put them on 23 points, which would represent the club's best-ever start to a league campaign after 10 games.
