Sevilla FC have boosted the status of the beautiful game in the United States, got closer to their supporters in the country and prepared in the best possible way for the upcoming campaign thanks to their LaLiga World tour in Orlando and the increasingly international-based approach that all LaLiga clubs have been adopting. All three areas are essential components of the LaLiga World framework, with goalkeeper Sergio Rico admitting that the programme "helps in terms of preparing for next season and enjoying the unbeatable surroundings."

The Andalusian outfit are training and competing on the tour at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex where several sporting disciplines are commonly practised, although the arrival of Sevilla has seen football take over. "Having the opportunity to welcome Sevilla is tremendous for us here at Disney World. It's sensational that a LaLiga team has come to Orlando for their preparations," explained sports event manager Eddie Thiebe.

Sergio Rico took some time out to discuss how the squad have been put through their paces and exactly what new coach Jorge Sampaoli is demanding from the team. "The important thing is we're working hard and getting playing time in a bid to reach 100%. We all want to get minutes under our belt to be in top shape for the season ahead. It's also important for the new arrivals to settle in quickly."
