Gaizka Garitano is no longer coach of RC Deportivo. The club announced the news that it had decided to terminate the Basque manager’s contract via its website on Sunday evening.

The club stated that it wished “to thank the Basque coach and his team for their dedication, hard work and professionalism” throughout his time in the dugout. Deportivo B coach Cristobal Parralo will take charge of Monday’s training session along with Javier Manjarin and Julio Hernando.
