Team News:
- Real Betis: Cristiano Piccini and Antonio Sanabria (both injured).
- D. Alaves: Einar Galilea, Alexis and Victor Laguardia (all injured).
Match Facts:
Betis (15th, 37 pts): - Los Verdiblancos are currently riding a rich vein of form. Despite succumbing to a 2-1 defeat at Athletic Club last time out, Victor Sanchez del Amo's charges have registered victories in two of their last three LaLiga Santander outings, which is just as many as they had in their previous 14 fixtures (D4 L8).

- The Betis defenders have shouldered a large share of the goalscoring responsibilities this season. Indeed, a whopping 24% of the side's goals have been scored by defenders, which is the biggest proportion amongst all of the LaLiga clubs.
Alaves (10th, 45 pts): - The Basques are sure to be on it right from the first whistle here. Mauricio Pellegrino's troops are the only LaLiga side not to have conceded during the opening 15 minutes of games this term.

- Alaves have failed to taste victory in any of their last three fixtures away from Mendizorroza(D1 L2). The visitors head to Seville in search of a seventh success on their travels and seeking to prevent their winless streak in away matches from stretching to a fourth game, which would represent their longest barren spell on the road this campaign.
