Paulo Gazzaniga, EA SPORTS LaLiga Save of the Month for April

Paulo Gazzaniga has been awarded the LALIGA EA SPORTS Save of the Month for April. The Girona FC goalkeeper produced a spectacular save in the 27th minute of Matchday 31, denying Real Madrid a goal with a diving save with his opposite hand following a powerful shot from Fede Valverde inside the box.

Gazzaniga succeeds Marko Dmitrović, the winner in March, and came out on top in the final vote against saves by Aarón Escandell (Real Oviedo), in the 83rd minute against RC Celta, and Sergio Herrera (CA Osasuna), in the 22nd minute against Real Betis, thanks to a save that combined reflexes, agility and flawless execution.
