Johan Mojica and Jonathan Viera will face off in the first round of the promotion play-offs to Liga BBVA. The Colombian and the Canarian will be the protagonists in one of the most exciting duels when R. Valladolid CF and UD Las Palmas meet. The Blanquivioleta and the Islander will be fundamental men for their teams just as they have been all season. Key to the tactical set-up of their coaches, their performance could swing the victory to one side or the other.

The yellows' winger had 22 shots on goal, 14 of which were on target (63%). Viera tried 39 dribbles, 17 of which he carried out successfully (43%) and recovered the ball 53 times.

Mojica managed to give more passes than Jonathan Viera, but he was more imprecise. The 'Blanquivioleta' had a total of 725 passes of which he completed 532 (73%), whilst the Canarian successfully completed 474 of the 590 that he tried (80%). The Colombian sent 58 long passes of which he completed 20 (34%) and successfully completed 512 of the 667 short passes (76%) that he tried. On the other hand, Viera has completed 12 of the 23 (52%) long passes he has tried and 462 of the 567 (81%) short passes that he carried out. When it comes to assists, Mojica has the advantage, he has given six to the Las Palmas' man's two.
The two direct and game-changing players will have a key and decisive role in such an important game. Mojica and Viera will be two of the aces in the pack that Rubi and Paco Herrera have in the fight for promotion to Liga BBVA via the play-offs.
