Regarding the official statement published by Real Murcia CF, SAD last night and the various articles in that regard in the press on an agreement adopted by the Administrative Sports Court (TAD), this national league states that:
1 The LFP is unware of the content of the aforementioned TAD resolution as it was not part of the administrative procedure conducted before such body, as it is an agreement adopted by the Committee of Appeals of UEFA Licenses of the RFEF, which confirmed a previous resolution from the Liga de Fútbol Profesional's Economic Control Committee.
2 The TAD resolution, must arise from a previous resolution from the RFEF’s Committee of Appeals which confirmed the sanction prohibiting the inscription of players imposed on Real Murcia by the LFP’s Economic Control Committee, as a result of each infringement of the LFP's economic control regulations for such entity's non-compliance with its obligations with the State and with its players, according to the applicable economic control regulations. In other words, in no case is it a disciplinary sanction of relegation such as that imposed by the LFP Social Discipline Judge on 7 August 2014, whose conformity with Law was confirmed by Madrid Commercial Court No. 7 in its Act dated 21 August 2014.
3 As a result, the TAD resolution cited in the official statement from Real Murcia CF, SAD has no direct or indirect relation to the object of the current judicial process before Madrid Commercial Court No. 7 or, obviously, to the disciplinary sanction imposed by the LFP Social Discipline Judge that imposed relegation on the aforementioned entity, in accordance with that stated in the Law on Sports and the Royal Decree on Sports Discipline. Therefore, it is a sanction issued by an entity other than the LFP Social Discipline Judge (the Economic Control Committee) and based on other, both legal and factual, grounds, which have nothing to do with the resolution from the LFP Social Discipline Judge cited by Real Murcia in its official statement, or with the previous disciplinary resolutions sanctioning Real Murcia in past seasons, which resulted in the application of the sentence of relegation.
