Under the rules of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol, la Liga de Fútbol Profesional will every Tuesday send a letter denouncing the shouting of chants that incite violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport to the Professional Competition Committee, given that such actions are contrary to the judicial regimen put forward in the RFEF’s Disciplinary Code. This letter of denouncement will be sent each Thursday to the Antiviolence Commission.

We also underline that the LFP has set up a mailbox to which fans attending matches can send their complaints, suggests or requests with the purpose of contributing to the fight against violence in stadiums. The email address is:viveelfutbol@laliga.es

LIGA BBVA

 

- The shouting of chants in the stadium during the match, in the 23rd minute and after the second goal scored by Club Atlético de Madrid, SAD, by a group of approximately 200 fans belonging to the risk group of fans of SD Eibar, SAD, located in the stand behind the goal at the right-hand end in relation to the location of the directors’ box, in the following terms: “¡OLE, OLE, OLE, CORNUDO SIMEONE!”; all of the foregoing on repeated occasions, in unison and in a coordinated manner.

Granada CF - Elche CF

- The shouting of chants in the immediate vicinity of the stadium before the match by a group of fans of Granada CF, SAD in the following terms: “PÙTA ELCHE, PUTA ELCHE, EH, EH”.

 

- The shouting of chants in the stadium during the match, in the 38th minute, by a group of approximately 70 to 100 fans located in the south stand, in the area in which the home group of fans known as “Frente Kolokón” are situated, in unison and in a coordinated manner, in the following terms: “¡Y GRITARÉ, Y GRITARÉ, PUTA ELCHE, OE, OE”.

All of the foregoing notwithstanding the fact that it may be placed on record, for the corresponding purposes, that different activities were carried out by Granada CF, SAD, for the prevention, control or eradication of violent behavior:  

-       At 7:40 pm CET and before the beginning of the match, inside the stadium and at pitch level, in the area close to the zone where the majority of the fans of Elche CF, SAD were located, a twinning ceremony was held between supporters’ clubs of both teams and scarves were exchanged.

-       In the 26th minute and without incident having occurred immediately beforehand, a message was broadcast over the stadium public address system advising fans that, in line with sports legislation, it is forbidden to invade or take to the playing field and make insults.

 

-       In the 71st and 83rd minutes and without incident having occurred immediately beforehand, various messages were again broadcast over the stadium’s public address system, asking for football to be experienced without violence and with respect.

Sevilla CF - RCD Espanyol

- The shouting of chants in the stadium during the match and at different points of it, by the fans of Sevilla FC, SAD, exclusively and chiefly coming from the central nucleus of the lower north stand and mid north stand where the potential risk group known as “Biris Norte” is located, in the following terms:

 

  • In the 41st minute, while the substitution of the visiting team player Mr. Salva Sevilla (ex-player of Real Betis Balompié SAD and Sevilla B) was being carried out, from the zone previously referred to, the chant “PUTO BETIS OE” was shouted in unison and in a coordinated manner, repeated several times while the substitution was being carried out.

 

  • In the first minute of the second half the chant “CRUZ CABRON FUERA DE NERVIÓN” was shouted, in a coordinated manner and at all times from the area of the stadium previously quoted, in reference to Mr. José María Cruz, Director General of Sevilla FC, SAD, and immediately following this the chant “DEL NIDO CABRÓN FUERA DE NERVIÓN” was shouted, in reference to the Sevilla FC, SAD board member Mr. José María Del Nido Carrasco.

 

  • In the 92nd minute and again from the zone previously referred to, the shout “MUCHO BETIS, MUCHA MIERDA ES” was chanted in unison and in a coordinated manner.

 

All of the foregoing notwithstanding the fact that it may be highlighted that the behaviour of the rest of the fans present in the stadium was appropriate during the whole match, and that the incidents previously described took place at all times in the specific area of the central nucleus (approximately 600 fans) of the lower and mid north stand where the potential risk group known as BIRIS NORTE is located. Finally, it must be indicated that in the minutes before the beginning of the match a welcome message was broadcast over the public address system to the supporters of the visiting team.

LIGA ADELANTE

CE Sabadell - FC Barcelona B

- The shouting of chants in the stadium during the match, in the 37th minute and after the second goal scored by FC Barcelona B, by a group of approximately 40 fans of C.E. Sabadell FC, SAD and located in the north stand, in a coordinated and repeated manner in the following terms: ”PUTA BARÇA, PUTA BARÇA EH!”. These chants were not seconded by the rest of the fans present at the stadium, and were only chanted by the group referred to. 

 

All of the foregoing notwithstanding the fact that it may be placed on record that, at the end of the first half and during the break, CE Sabadell FC, SAD broadcast a statement over the public address system in opposition to insults and asking fans only to support their team and to respect the opposing team. In the same vein, the chief of security of CE Sabadell FC, SAD moved to the zone previously indicated to talk to the heads of the supporters’ clubs located there to emphasise the message broadcast.
