The Liga de Fútbol Profesional announces that, having examined the documentation submitted by Real Murcia CF SAD and revised by the LFP’s technical services, the non-compliance, on the part of that entity, with the requirements for registering with the LFP, according to that provided in articles 54 and 55 of the Articles of Association, has been noted.

Thus, in the "Report on Agreed Procedures for the Calculation of the Ratios of Compliance corresponding to article 55.17 of the LFP's Articles of Association" –carried out by auditing firm Grant Thornton on 31 July 2014 and signed by Mr. Juan Ramón Pérez-, it is shown that Real Murcia CF, SAD has not complied with the economic-financial ratios provided in article 55.17 of this national league's Articles of Association.

Consequently, in accordance with that provided in articles 54 and 55 of the Articles of Association, Real Murcia CF SAD has not complied with the requirements provided in the aforementioned precepts in order to be able to proceed with its corresponding registration and affiliation with this national league.

Regarding the documentation presented yesterday by Real Racing Club SAD, the LFP announces that additional economic-financial information has been requested. The club has a non-extendible period of five calendar days to provide such information.

At the next LFP Board Meeting, which will take place on Thursday 7 August, the decision reached with regard to both entities shall be submitted for subsequent approval, where necessary.
