Numancia, first Liga Adelante leader

The most lopsided win was starred by the "sorianos", in an opening match day in which Oviedo and Gimnastic started with draws.

AD Alcorcón 2-0 RCD Mallorca

The set from Madrid garnered a significant victory at the debut of Juan Ramon Lopez Muniz in the "alfarero" bench. The strategy did not fare badly, and tactics and set pieces were the best weapon against a Mallorca team who must wait for the second match day to score. Striker David Rodriguez opened the scoring and Chema made the 2-0.

SD Huesca 2-3 D. Alavés

Alavés opened the season with an away win to a newly promoted Huesca who fought until the end and was about to turn around the result. Despite the three goals of José Bordalás.s men, scored by Kiko Femenía, Juli and Guichón, the goals from Samu Saiz and Christian Fernandez gave excitement to the "oscense" side.

UE Llagostera 0-2 At. Osasuna

The "rojillos" began the 2015/16 course on the right foot and with the clear aim to settle at the top as soon as possible. Matej Pucko got the advantage on 62 minutes and Roberto Torres scored the second from the penalty spot. Although the game ended with several counterattacks by Llagostera, the "girondense" team fell and could not get the three points in their season debut in Liga Adelante.


Córdoba CF 1-0 R. Valladolid CF

The "cordobés" side walked away with a win in a thrilling match in which both teams had several great chances. It was on 80 minutes when the Andalusian team disrupted the balance by means of Fidel Chaves. The midfielder of the "califa" team led the ball, dribbled inside the goal box and signed the local victory with a great shot to the far post.

R. Oviedo 2-2 CD Lugo

"Gallegos" and "asturianos" starred a match of comings and goings in which excitement lasted until the final whistle. Carlos Pita took the lead for the "lucense" side on 15 minutes, but Real Oviedo could sign the equalizer four minutes later with a header from Jonathan Vila. Although Pablo Caballero put Lugo back on lead, in the second half, Miguel Linares established the 2-2 after 71 minutes.

R. Zaragoza 1-1 CD Mirandés

Leandro Cabrera took the lead for the "maño" team, but the "burgalés" side managed to rescue a point in the final minutes of the match with a goal by Abdon Prats that unleashed excitement at Anduva. Mirandés could even have taken the victory with a shot by Lago Junior which hit the crossbar.

CD Numancia 6-3 CD Tenerife

"Sorianos" and "insulares" starred the most exciting match of the opening day of Liga Adelante. In addition to goals and chances, football and strategy were also reflected at Los Pajaritos where, after the victory, Joseba Arrasate´s team moves to the top of the table. Oscar Diaz, Juanma Marrero, Natalio, Pablo Valcarce and the newcomer Alex Joy, twice, scored the goals of the "numantino" team. Suso Santana, Carlos Ruiz and Nano signed the visitors.

SD Ponferradina 2-0 Elche CF

The "berciano" team defeated the "ilicitano" side by 2-0 with goals from Yuri de Souza and Berrocal, in an intense game. The team of the young manager Ruben Baraja must wait until next week to score and start to add up.

Gimnastic 2-2 Albacete B.

Vicente Moreno´s men could not make their debut in the category with a victory, but added an important point against the "manchego" team with a 2-2 away draw. Although the team led by Luis César Sampedro came to take the lead 0-2, Nastic recovered from the blow and equalized with a goal from Xavi Molina, on 88 minutes, and another by De la Espada on 96'.

CD Leganes 3-2 UD Almería

The Andalusian team also opened in a big way, as they picked up three points at home to CD Leganés who suffered his former player, Chuli. The striker assisted the three goals of Sergi Barjuan´s side and put in a tough spot to the "madrileños", who scored a great goal by Paco Candela and other by William in the closing stages.

Bilbao Athletic 0-1 Girona FC 

San Mamés reopened its doors for the Liga Adelante's debut of the "cachorros", which reaped a defeat against an experienced Girona. Cuco Ziganda´s men finished the game with ten men after Unai Bilbao saw the second yellow card in the second half. Girona’s goal came at 80 minutes by the boots of Jairo Morillas, who beat Alex Remiro in the box.
