After two years in Segunda División B, el CD Tenerife returned to Liga Adelante with faith in their youth academy. The gold standard of this was Ayoze Pérez, who with his pace and goals impressed all football lovers. He is the new hope of Canary Island football, scoring 16 times in 34 games in his first Liga Adelante season.
His historic goal took SD Eibar to Liga BBVA. Jota Peleteiro, who came through the ranks at Celta, made his debut in Liga Adelante with Real Madrid’s second side, but it was not to be until his arrival at SD Eibar that he stood out. In the 2013/14 season the Galician scored 11 times in 35 appearances, and one of them, scored on 25 May, made history for the Gunners.
Pablo Ínsua's 40 appearances saw him stand out and complete a dream with RC Deportivo as the Galician side returned to Liga BBVA.
