Málaga CF players make children happy in Montevideo

It was a very special day for the Málaga CF squad. The malacitano team could make his first training session at the legendary Estadio Centenario in Montevideo (Uruguay), where the first World Cup in history took place.

A training session that is the eve of the final match of LaLiga World and the Copa Euroamericana to be played at the same venue. It will be their last date of the LFP World Challenge South American tour and will be so special for them like it was for the thirty children who visited them in the same field at the end of the session. These youngsters were able to enjoy very closely the malaguista team, and they could play with the ball among some of LaLiga stars who are visiting Uruguay.

Hours before, the next match between CA Peñarol and Malaga CF was presented at the team hotel located in the neighborhood of Punta Carretas. There, the players Miguel Torres and Marco Angeleri, the assistant manager, Marcelo "El Gato" Romero, and the manager, Javi Gracia, attended a crowded local media. Gracia emphasized: “Beyond the results what concerns us is to keep improving. We believe that Peñarol is a very important and demanding opponent and it will help us to make progress".

With the preseason, the Copa Euroamericana and LaLiga World in contest, both teams will face this August 1 at 20 pm
