Getafe CF 0-0 CD Numancia
The second matchday of the new LaLiga 1|2|3 season got off to a goalless start. Numancia picked up their first point of the campaign after weathering a storm during their tricky trip to Getafe. The hosts dominated the proceedings but were kept at bay by a stout rearguard action from the visitors, so Juan Esnaider's charges had to settle for a share of the spoils for the second weekend running after their draw with CD Mirandes last time out.
CD Tenerife 1-1 Sevilla Atletico
The Andalusians were in fine fettle throughout the match and took the lead in the first half through Antonio Cotan's excellent finish. However, the islanders struck back after the break, rescuing a point thanks to Anthony Lozano's powerful strike.

Girona FC 3-1 Elche CF
The Catalans have begun the season very much with the air of being a force to be reckoned with. Having kicked off their fixture list with a draw in Seville, Girona went one better back at Montilivi, cruising past Elche thanks to efforts from Borja, Portu and Samuele Longo. The away team grabbed a consolation courtesy of Guillermo Fernandez in the dying stages.
Real Oviedo 2-0 UD Almería
Fernando Hierro's men secured their maiden victory of the campaign and did so in fitting fashion in front of their fans at the Carlos Tartiere. Nando and Toche were the scorers against an Almeria side who were forced to contend with a numerical disadvantage for the final half hour following Pape Maly Diamanka's sending-off.

CF Reus Deportiu 1-1 CD Mirandes
It ended with honours even in Reus, principally due to the profligacy of the home team, whose wayward finishing came back to haunt them. The Catalans flew out of the blocks and went ahead through Fran Carbia before some fans had time to take their seats, but Fofo equalised prior to the 15-minute mark and Reus failed to push home their dominance to claim all three points.
CD Lugo 3-3 R. Zaragoza
A barnstorming goal fest was in store at the Estadio Angel Carro as the Matchday 1 table-toppers came to town. Things were looking promising for the high-flying visitors, who led for large stretches of what was an end-to-end encounter, but they were eventually pegged back, with Antonio Campillo notching the all-important third goal for Lugo in the 70th minute. As for Zaragoza, Angel (2) and Manu Lanzarote were on the scoresheet for the second straight game.
Levante UD 2-0 AD Alcorcon
Levante UD ran out 2-0 winners over AD Alcorcon to make it six points out of six and take top spot in LaLiga 1|2|3. Roger Marti was the star of the show scoring both of the home side's two goals. Levante dominated from start to finish to seal their second league game of the campaign.

SD Huesca 1-1 Nastic
SD Huesca's El Alcoraz stadium witnessed their team's second draw of the season. There were chances at both ends from the 10th minute as the two sides went in search of a goal that did not come until the last 10 minutes of the game when both teams found the net. Samuel Saiz gave the home side an 81st-minute lead, only for Moha to level the game on 90 minutes.
UCAM Murcia 1-1 Cordoba CF
Luso's 92nd-minute equaliser salvaged a point for the Andalusian side after UCAM Murcia's impressive opening goal, which came when Juan Gongora slotted the ball home directly from a corner kick. This evenly-matched game at La Condomina, with chances for both sides, ended with the two teams sharing the points.
Rayo Vallecano 0-0 R. Valladolid
Rayo Vallecano and R. Valladolid both deserved a share of the points as their hard-fought encounter ended in a draw. The home side had more chances as they controlled the periods of the game, but they had to make do with a draw at the Estadio de Vallecas.
Cadiz CF 1–1 RCD Mallorca
Alfredo Ortuño gave Cadiz CF a first-half lead when he scored from the penalty spot, but RCD Mallorca did not give up in their quest for an equaliser, which came in the second half courtesy of Oscar Diaz and the game ended in a stalemate.
