Levante UD have managed a total of three points from their last three Liga BBVA games, leaving them in 18th on 28 points. The Valencian side have another opportunity on matchday 32 to get a longed-for victory that would help them to get back on track and enjoy a little breather. However, RCD Espanyol will not make things easy for them and the side in 8th on 41 points will also be looking for points at Ciutat de València.

Squads

Sergio González's Catalan side travel with 18 players to Valencia, it is worth noting that Juan Fuentes and Salva Sevilla have been left out of the squad. In turn, Lucas Alcaraz will go into the game with the same number of players, but the injured player Papakouli Diop is not available.

Thoughts of the coaches

Sergio González is expecting a "very aggressive Levante side who feel strong at home. They know that their survival depends on home games. We have to be really focused because this will be a tiring match against a tough opponent".

His opposite number Alcaraz sees his rival as a "side who are going into the game at ease due to their comfortable position in the table with no emergencies. We have to avoid errors and be competitive. We must show personality" concluded the coach.
