Match Facts:

Las Palmas (14th, 39 pts):

Las Palmas haven't tasted victory since defeating R. Betis back on Matchday 31. The islanders have only mustered a single point in five games since then, with their most recent loss coming at the hands of R. Sporting last time out.

- "The start of the contest against FC Barcelona will be so important. We have to try to get on the ball," explained Alen Halilovic in the pre-match press conference. The hosts want to ensure their final home game of the season is one to remember for their fans.

Barcelona (1st, 84 pts):

- Besides the crucial clash with Las Palmas, Los Azulgranas will certainly be keeping an eye on proceedings at the Santiago Bernabeu, where Real Madrid will be facing Sevilla FC. Luis Enrique knows that Los Blancos will need to slip up during the run-in if his troops are to have a chance of retaining LaLiga Santander.

- Barcelona have racked up 14 goals and only conceded two (against Villarreal CF and CA Osasuna) in their last three games and will be hoping to keep up their red-hot form in front of goal in Gran Canaria.
