LaLiga's official application reported over 1.5 million sessions during #ElClasico

LaLiga returned to grab everyone's attention around the world for #ElClasico between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, a different game for all football fans. The match not only broke records on Twitter, so did the official app of LaLiga which recounted 1.5 million sessions during the clash.

The interest in the following of what was happening in the clash woke up the mood of the fans, which found in LaLiga´s official app the perfect means to live minute by minute everything that was occurring in the match.

The biggest peak of sessions took place at 20:00, just as the match progressed toward its end. In total, the number of users was increased a 435% on average compared to the previous week and the highest point reached came at 20:00 hours on Saturday with a 624% increase. United States, Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela were the countries where the access to the application grew the most.
