LaLiga Promises brings together the elite players of Spanish grassroots football

Between 19 and 21 June, Vila-Real hosts the XXII edition of the PAMESA LaLiga Promises National Tournament.

One again this year, fans will get a chance to watch the youngest stars playing football. The Under-12 footballers of the Liga BBVA teams (with the exception of Athletic Club, who will be replaced by Real Betis Balompié) will play for the crown of best academy in Spain in the PAMESA LaLiga Promises National Tournament that will take place from 19 to 21 June in Vila-Real.

The prestigious tournament organised by the Fundación El Larguero, is part of the LFP World Challenge, a program that kicked off in 2014, and is aimed at boosting the international image of Spanish football and spreading the values of the Spain brand (Marca España).

The  XXII Pamesa LaLiga Promises National Tournament will bring together more than two hundred under-12 players who will looking to obtain the title that has been won in the past by teams such as FC Barcelona, Sevilla FC, Villarreal CF, Club Atlético de Madrid, RCD Espanyol, Real Madrid CF, etc.

The tournament can be watched on LaLiga TV and LaSexta and will involve 20 LaLiga sides divided into four groups as follows:

GROUP A: FC Barcelona, Málaga CF, Elche CF, Levante UD and Córdoba CF.

GROUP B: Villarreal CF, Club Atlético de Madrid, Real Betis Balompié, Getafe CF and SD Eibar.

GROUP C: Real Madrid CF, RCD Espanyol, RC Celta de Vigo, Granada CF and RC Deportivo La Coruña.

GROUP D: Valencia CF, Sevilla FC, Real Sociedad, Rayo Vallecano and UD Almería.

The championship will begin on Friday 19th and throughout the day the teams going through to the round of 16 in the Mini Estadio at Ciudad Deportiva del Villarreal CF. On Sunday the final will take place at 7pm CEST.
