Now that Matchday 36 of the LaLiga Santander 2017/18 season has come to a close, it is time to take a look at the latest LaLiga Fantasy MARCA Best XI, which includes players from six different clubs.
The Player of the Matchday accolade goes to Ibai Gomez, who racked up 18 fantasy points as D. Alaves secured a 3-0 win away to Malaga CF, thanks to a wonderfully taken goal and assist, with the Spaniard giving the home side's defence a torrid time throughout.
Oier (11) gets the nod in goal, with the Basque kept a clean sheet in Levante UD's 3-0 win at CD Leganes, producing a couple of key stops along the way.
Oier's teammate Coke (16), who got on the scoresheet in Levante's convincing win, leads the defence, alongside Mario Gaspar (14), Clement Lenglet (14) and Iñigo Lekue (13).
Player of the Matchday Ibai is surrounded by four brilliant footballers in the middle of the park: his teammate Manu Garcia (13), Villarreal CF's Manu Trigueros (13), Levante's Enis Bardhi (14) and SD Eibar's Takashi Inui (14). Kike is the only out-and-out striker in this star-studded lineup, having scored 14 fantasy points in Eibar's handsome victory at Girona FC.
