The Barcelona influence is also felt in midfield, with Ivan Rakitic taking his place alongside Jonathan Viera, Asier Illarramendi and Pione Sisto, all of whom were pivotal in their clubs picking up important victories over the weekend.
Messi, Nolito and Iñaki Williams form a potent front three that no defence would relish facing. The Argentine notched three of Barça's five goals in the crushing win over Espanyol, Nolito registered the first goal of his second spell in LaLiga Santander and the Athletic forward played a key role in the 2-0 win over Girona FC, providing assists for both goals.
