With the LaLiga Santander Matchday 27 fixtures now all done and dusted, the time has come to take a look at the latest LaLiga Fantasy MARCA Best XI, which features players from nine different clubs.

CD Leganes and Valencia CF both contribute two players apiece to a star-studded lineup in which the standout performer is Sevilla FC's Franco Vazquez. The Argentine ace scoops the Player of the Matchday honours after claiming a goal and an assist in Sevilla's 2-0 success over Athletic Club.

Taking his place between the sticks this time round is Valencia's Neto (11 points). The Brazilian custodian makes the cut after turning in an impressive display in Los Che's 2-0 home win over Real Betis.

The leading light in the defensive ranks is Leganes left-back Diego Rico (14), who played his part in keeping Malaga CF at bay, whilst also chipping in with an assist as the Madrilenians recorded a 2-0 victory. He is joined in defence by FC Barcelona stalwart Gerard Pique (12), Girona FC's Bernardo (12) and Real Sociedad stopper Hector Moreno (12), who opened his account for the Basque outfit in their 2-1 derby triumph over D.Alaves.

The team's five-man midfield consists of players who racked up four goals and three assists between them in the latest round of fixtures. Joining Player of the Matchday Vazquez are Levante UD's Jose Luis Morales (15), Valencia's Geoffrey Kondogbia (13), Leganes schemer Javier Eraso (12) and RC Celta's Pablo Hernandez (12), whose last-gasp volley sealed the spoils for the Galicians in their clash against UD Las Palmas.

The man charged with leading the line in this dream team is none other than Cristiano Ronaldo (15), who bagged a brace as Los Blancos saw off Getafe CF at the Santiago Bernabeu. That double saw the Portuguese sharpshooter extend his recent purple patch and make it 12 goals in his last eight league appearances.
