LaLiga clubs kick off their 2016/17 pre-season

A great many teams have already kicked off their 2016/17 pre-season campaigns and, after several days of training, several LaLiga sides are now poised for their opening pre-season friendlies this weekend.

Sevilla FC have already begun their LaLiga World tour and will play the first of their matches on US soil this Saturday, whilst RC Deportivo and RC Celta are both involved in friendlies in Spain this Saturday before jetting off to Uruguay to take part in the LFP World Challenge. R. Betis, D. Alaves, Granada CF, Malaga CF, Real Sociedad, Villarreal CF, UD Las Palmas and Valencia CF are also set to play their first games in preparation for the new season over the next few days.

Sunday 17 July

UD Las Palmas - San Bartolome de Tirajana Valencia CF – Castellon
