LaLiga accompany Malaga CF as they expand horizons in South Africa

LaLiga continues to work on helping its clubs and public limited sports companies to expand throughout the world. On this occasion it was Malaga CF who accompanied Javier Tebas, the president of LaLiga, on one of his institutional trips. Nayef Al Thani, a member of the Andalusian club's board of directors, and Carlos Perez, a Malaga presidential advisor, visited LaLiga's South Africa office this Tuesday to kick off a trip aimed at expanding the club's horizons.

The Malaga representatives, continuing down the path which they set out on with their trip to the United States to meet with the country's main football institutions, travelled to South Africa together with Javier Tebas, the president of LaLiga, and Vicente Casado, the managing director of international development. Their first stop was the LaLiga office in Johannesburg, where they were greeted by Antonio Barradas, the local country manager.

During this institutional trip, which will last until the end of the week, Nayef Al Thani and Carlos Perez will also visit Durban to familiarise themselves with the city's venues and facilities in person, and Malaga will look into the possibility of holding a pre-season tour there in the future.

The club is continuing with its expansion policy and consolidating its excellent relationship with LaLiga. Following the last two tours in Australia and South America, Los Albicelestes will once again take part in the LaLiga World project, which significantly contributes to disseminating the Andalusian club's name, while also raising the profile of LaLiga itself and the rest of its clubs, as well as promoting the Spanish football brand across the globe.
