Getafe CF, CD Lugo, UCAM Murcia and Rayo Vallecano took it upon themselves to lead the charge on transfer deadline day in LaLiga. More than 20 new additions joined LaLiga 1l2l3 to bolster the 22 teams which make up the competition.

Getafe were one of the most active teams, with three signings on the final day. Their midfield will have the added strength of two players from R. Betis with plenty of experience at this level: Francisco Portillo and Foued Kadir. A third man also joins them to spice up their front line in the form of Kike Sola.

CD Lugo made the most of the final hours of the transfer market to bring in Sergio Gil from Real Zaragoza, as well as adding the Cameroonian Lionel Enguene to their squad and drafting in Brayan Perea on loan from Lazio.

Likewise, Juan Jose Collantes, Juanma Delgado and David Morillas are the fresh faces at UCAM Murcia, who will be hoping that these reinforcements can help them stage an impressive LaLiga 1l2l3 campaign.

Jose Ramon Sandoval's Rayo Vallecano, meanwhile, have decided to reinvigorate their midfield, making a final push to secure the services of two Argentinians: Franco Cristaldo, who arrives from Boca Juniors; and Bruno Zuculini, a familiar face for fans of Spanish football, having already enjoyed spells in LaLiga with Valencia CF and Cordoba CF.

Furthermore, CD Tenerife have revolutionised their front line with the incorporation of Haythem Jouini and Aaron Ñiguez. Gimnastic , with Miguel Angel Cordero and Amadou Boiro; and Real Zaragoza, with Frank Bagnack and Juan Muñoz, also made sure that they were in thick of the action in the final hours of the transfer window.
