Sevilla FC announced the arrival of 24-year-old Grzegorz Krychowiak on Wednesday. The Polish international thereby joins up with the club’s other new signings: Aleix Vidal, Iago Aspas, Mariano Barbosa and Denis Suárez.
Krychowiak left his homeland at 16 years of age to play for the FC Girondins de Bordeaux youth academy. After spending three years on loan, in 2012 he signed for Stade de Reims, where he has been playing for the last two seasons. Sevilla, the current UEFA Europa League champions, have acquired an experienced midfielder who is a good passer of the ball and who can turn defence into attack.
