Jose Naranjo (b. 28 June 1994, Rociana del Condado, Huelva) has been named 2015/16 LaLiga 1l2l3 Best Newcomer. The striker had a perfect campaign at Nastic, where he played a key role and contributed 15 goals.
After coming through the ranks at Recreativo de Huelva's academy, his goalscoring prowess and ball skills did not go unnoticed last season. He was pivotal in Nastic's quest for promotion to LaLiga Santander, making 36 appearances and scoring 15 goals. At just 22 years old, Jose Naranjo is one of Spain's most promising young footballers.
He joined LaLiga Santander side RC Celta over the summer and made one of his dreams come true: to play in Spain's top flight.
