Joan Garcia has been awarded the prize for the Best Save of the 2025/2026 LALIGA EA SPORTS season. The FC Barcelona goalkeeper played a crucial role in the victory over RCD Espanyol on matchday 18 of the competition at the RCD Stadium with this spectacular save.
In the 38th minute of the match, with the score at 0-0, the Catalan goalkeeper produced a memorable save to deny Pere Milla a goal. A moment of quick reflexes that allowed the Blaugrana to keep a clean sheet.
Joan Garcia has won the LALIGA EA SPORTS Save of the Year award for the first time, beating Jan Oblak (Atlético de Madrid) and Unai Simón (Athletic Club) in the final vote.
