Javier Tebas to hold a conference in Valencia

Javier Tebas, will hold a conference in the Valencia Bar Association (ICAV). The president of the Liga de Fútbol Profesional will talk about "Illegal practices within football. Match fixing, economic control and disciplinary measures" to the members in attendance.
