Javi Fuego has renewed his contract with Valencia

Valencia CF have officially announced on their website that Javi Fuego has extended his contract until 30 June 2017. As such, Valencia have guaranteed the services of one of the key pieces of their midfield for another two services.

The Asturian player arrived at the Valencia during the 2013-14 season, he came from Rayo Vallecano, and played a total of 25 matched during his first year at the Mestalla. He has become more important in the Valencia side this season and he is now one of Nuno Espírito Santo’s most important players, having played in 26 Liga BBVA matches.

“It is a very exciting day. When I arrived I said that it was a dream come true and a prize for my whole career, and I am continuing on this dream that I began two years ago. I am happy with everything, this is a club I want to be at”, stated the midfielder.
