Team News:

- Granada CF: Mubarak Wakaso (Africa Cup of Nations duty).

- UD Las Palmas: Hernan Santana (injured).

Match Facts:

Granada CF (20th, 10pts):

- Granada CF have not won since their home win over Sevilla FC back in December. Last weekend, they were beaten away by Villarreal CF.

- "Los Carmenes has seen games like this before. We don't need to tell fans what to do," said Lucas Alvarez at his pre-match press conference. Granada are currently rooted to the foot of the table and the game against UD Las Palmas is a must-win one.

UD Las Palmas (11th, 18 pts):

 - Las Palmas fans are optimistic. Their team strengthened well during the winter transfer window, bringing in both Alen Halilovic and Jese. The Croat made his club debut last matchday at home to Valencia CF, whilst Jese is still waiting for his chance.

- The Estadio Gran Canaria is a fortress and Quique Setien's side have yet to lose there this season. That said, it is a different story altogether away from home. Every single one of the Canary Islanders' six league defeats this campaign came on the road.
