Emotions, as well as the standard of football, will be high for matchday 38 of the Liga Adelante as the season approaches the finishing line. Put your feet up and feast your eyes on the tail end of the championship on your mobile phone or tablet, where you will have five matches to choose from on La Liga TV this Saturday. Fireworks are guaranteed as the relegation dogfight and the race for the playoff places rear their heads for the 4pm doubleheader, when CD Leganes take on CE Sabadell and Albacete B. face off against D. Alavés
At 8pm, the La Liga official channel will be showing three games where it’s all to play for. The opposite ends of the table meet as UD Las Palmas come up against RC Recreativo; CD Mirandés and FC Barcelona B are both eager to quickly climb out of the drop zone; and CD Numancia and RCD Mallorca both need a kick-start to get back to winning ways.
Sunday’s schedule throws up another two mouth-watering fixtures as four sides sitting neck in neck in the table cross paths. In the upper end of the division, the spotlight will turn to SD Ponferradina and UE Llagostera, a clash not suited to those with high blood pressure as both clubs will be vying it out for a chance to gain promotion. That match gets underway at 4pm.
A bit further down the table, CD Tenerife and AD Alcorcón, two sides with the shared mission of securing safety as soon as possible, kick off at 9pm to wrap up the weekend’s action.
