The 23rd April will see the footballing world turn its attention to LaLiga Santander for the final domestic Clasico of the season, with Real Madrid and FC Barcelona facing off in the most eagerly anticipated fixture on the planet. Not only will the showdown be enjoyed with great intensity at the Santiago Bernabeu, but also in New York City (United States) and Luanda (Angola).
Two huge events will be taking place in which attendees will be able to soak up the action on big screens, while partaking in interactive activities aimed at fans from all over the globe that will enhance the experience further. LaLiga ambassadors will also be in and among the supporters in both cities to add an authentic Spanish feel to proceedings.
The #ElClasico event in New York will be held on the iconic Fifth Avenue in Manhattan at 230 Fifth Rooftop Bar, where over 2,800 guests will enjoy the match alongside Raul Gonzalez, LaLiga's country manager for the United States and one of Spanish football's true greats. beIN Sports USA's live broadcast will be shown on a huge screen and attendees will also have the chance to visit an exhibition involving both LaLiga clubs.
There will certainly be no shortage of LaLiga passion in the Angolan capital, despite it being over 10,000 kilometres away from the action. The spectacular Luanda Bay will play host to over 4,500 people who will enjoy a thrilling event dedicated to Spanish football. A massive screen will show ZAP's coverage of the best club match in the world, while live music, a LaLiga-themed kit exhibition and activities for fans will also feature throughout.
LaLiga ambassador Christian Karembeu will witness #ElClasico alongside Sony viewers in India. The former Madrid star will not purely be in India for footballing purposes, but the Spaniard will also get to try his hand at India's national sport of cricket.
