R. Valladolid CF - Real Betis (Estadio José Zorrilla, 12:00)

Two of the contenders for promotion to the Liga BBVA will battle it out to stay in touch with the top of the table on Liga Adelante matchday seven. Both sides are in need of points to establish themselves at the top end of the table.

Betis and Valladolid will provide a close match in which both are looking to establish themselves at the top of the table. The main absentee for the Blanquivioletas is Roger Martí, but their manager, Joan Francesc Ferrer 'Rubí', is confident in the ability of his team to replace the striker: "It's a case of being united and overcoming adversity". For Betis, Cristiano Piccini, Xavi Torres and Álex Martínez are missing from the squad.

CE Sabadell - Albacete B. (Nova Creu Alta, 17:00)

The match in the Nova Creu Alta also promises to be a cracker with both teams at the bottom end of the table. The Catalans and Albacete will be hoping to get their season on track as soon as possible and will be looking for another opportunity to climb the table.

Sabadell will have to make do without Antonio Longás, Juanjo Ciércoles and Víctor Espasandín, all of whom are injured. Albacete, for their part, are confident that the results will come after two consecutive defeats. "The team is playing well. We hope to play convincingly and win, but, until now, we have only managed to play convincingly", commented the manager Luis César Sampedro.

RC Recreativo - AD Alcorcón (Nuevo Colombino, 17:00)

Recreativo and Alcorcón come into matchday seven level on points in the Liga Adelante table and they are sure to produce a passionate and thrilling clash in the stadium in which the side from the capital has never lost against their opponents, who have only lost one match so far this season.

"We are facing a great team that have maintained a good core from last season and are going to be fighting for a place among the best", stated José Bordalás, the Alfarero manager.

R. Zaragoza - RCD Mallorca (La Romareda, 18:15)

The Estadio de la Romareda will witness a clash between two teams who have spent a lot of their existence in the Liga BBVA. After two victories on the trot, the side from Aragon host the team that props up the table, Mallorca, the only side in the Liga Adelante who are yet to win a game.

For the home coach, Víctor Muñoz, the difficult patch his opponents are going through is not a reflection of the team: "They are a good team who are among those aspiring to be at the top at the end of the season, even if they are having difficulty at the moment".

CD Leganés - CD Tenerife (Municipal de Butarque, 19:00)

CD Leganés take on CD Tenerife on matchday seven in search of three points to help them forget the defeat in the Madrid derby against AD Alcorcón. It is a different story for their opponents: Tenerife come into the match high on confidence after beating UD Las Palmas 2-1.

Sabadell and Albacete and Leganés and Tenerife will be looking to picking points from their opponents in order to escape the bottom end of the table Asier Garitano, the Leganés coach, will be without the injured Carlos Delgado, Paco Candela and Luis Ruiz. For the island team, their manager Álvaro Cervera has called up the same players as he did for their last game.

CD Mirandés - CD Numancia (Estadio Municipal de Anduva, 21:00)

Liga Adelante matchday seven ends with a clash between CD Mirandés and CD Numancia. The side from Burgos are hosting one of the best visitors in the division, as the club from Soria have picked up six points from three trips.

Carlos Arribas, the Mirandés manager, analysed his opponents: "Numancia is a team that are better on the road than at home, where they have won two out of three matches. We know we have to be very alert, focused and defend well".
