LaLiga and Danone signed an agreement under which the food company will join as new official supplier for the 2015-16 season. With this partnership Danone joins the sponsorship program where will be present at several television and print campaigns, in digital environments of LaLiga and through promotions aimed at fans of the teams of Liga BBVA and Liga Adelante.
Danone has the purpose to contribute to the health of the greatest number of people. Becoming an official supplier of LaLiga reflects the commitment that the company has with sport as a tool for promoting a healthy lifestyle and the transmission of values, such as teamwork and fellowship. Through football and its mobilizing power, and thanks to this sponsorship agreement, Danone and LaLiga will work together in search of improved lifestyle and nutrition.
Danone keeps betting on the Spanish sport continuing the path that began over 20 years ago when it made the first sports sponsorship for the Olympic Games of Barcelona '92, and ratified last year with the support to the Spanish Basketball Federation for the World Championship that took place in our country. The company has also developed its own projects related to sport and its potential as an educational argument and the transmission of values such as the Social Program Sports Schools Danone and the Danone Nations Cup (DNC).
